Best Hot Chocolate
1 1/2 cups half/half cream
1/3 cup sugar
5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
Simmer the cream and sugar together until just boiling. Stir in the chocolate until melted. Don't let it boil. Serve warm in demitasse cups.
Serves 4
